Is NuraNest a camera monitor?+
No. NuraNest has no camera, video stream or nursery footage. Its sensing system is integrated into the mattress structure.
Does my baby need to wear anything?+
No. There is no sock, band, clip or other wearable to attach or charge before sleep.
What does NuraNest track?+
The current product concept covers sleep duration, movement, restlessness, sleep/wake patterns, mattress temperature, nightly summaries, unusual inactivity patterns and historical trends.
Is NuraNest a medical device?+
No. NuraNest is a consumer sleep-information product. It does not diagnose conditions and should not replace supervision, safe-sleep practices or professional medical advice.
Does the mattress stop working without Insights?+
No. Core mattress functionality remains available. Optional NuraNest Insights adds deeper history, comparisons, reports, caregiver sharing and advanced analytics.
Where are the electronics?+
The product architecture places processing and connectivity in a removable module at the mattress edge. There is no lithium-ion battery buried inside the mattress core.
How does NuraNest connect?+
The product concept uses Bluetooth Low Energy and Wi-Fi through its removable edge module, with cloud-based history and a mobile companion app.
What are unusual-pattern notifications?+
They call attention to product-level activity that differs from ordinary patterns. They are not emergency alerts, medical conclusions or guarantees.
Can I export information for a pediatrician?+
Insights can create an organized historical sleep summary that a parent may choose to discuss with a professional. It is not a pediatric diagnosis or medical report.
How much does NuraNest cost?+
Launch pricing is ₹14,999 for Essential and ₹29,999 for Premium. Both include the first 12 months of NuraNest Insights.
What happens after the included year?+
Insights is optional at ₹299 per month after the first year. The mattress retains core functionality if you do not continue.
Does reservation take payment?+
No. The current early-access form records interest only when a reservation endpoint is configured. It does not take payment or claim to confirm an order.
